With over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction and building systems, I bring a deep, practical understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and repaired. I began my career as a U.S. Marine, where attention to detail and accountability were non-negotiable. Over the years, I’ve worked as a Journeyman HVAC technician, maintenance and operations manager for a large medical center, construction inspector, and project manager. My passion has always been residential real estate, and I have built several new homes and remodeled older properties over the years.
In addition to my field experience, I am a published co-author of a best-selling book that reached #1 in seven Amazon categories and have been featured in major media outlets, including USA Today, FOX, CBS, NBC, MarketWatch, and other major media outlets. Today, as an InterNACHI certified home inspector, my goal is simple: to provide honest, thorough inspections that help clients make informed, confident decisions about one of the most important investments of their lives.
